The fright of public speaking is very common especially among adults all over the world. Most of us feel a degree of nervous apprehension or breakdown when preparing to speak up or perform in front of people.
These people who are filled with feelings of dread and panic in such situations are said to be suffering from social phobia otherwise known as social anxiety disorder.
The fear of public speaking exacts a buge effect or toll on self confidence and the self esteem of people. You may have heard the popular joke that some people would prefer to be in their coffins than give an eulogy at a funeral.
This might be an exaggeration but many would agree, that even some professional performers also have stage fright but keep it a secret for fear of embarassment.

4) Visualize your sucesss; when you do that you focus on your strenght and ability to handle challenging situations.

6)Stand or sit in a self assured or confident posture, that is remain calm and open.
7)practice or learn ways to calm and relax your body.
8) Give up trying to be perfect , accept that its okay to make mistakes.
9) make connections with your audience by smiling n greeting them, maybe a joke will do.
10) Be natural and be your self, don't talk too fast soo you can be clear.
This steps if followed strictly could help reduce the fear of public or stage fright.
