Position Mistakes

 Position mistakes:

(Bias)

Here are the Huge mistakes a lot of people make when judging students in school...by their grades(positions)......

{Highest grades\positions}

-The halo effect- they all look good because they are at the top,just because these students get good higher grades,Teachers,Parents and friends tend to think that they the one's with good potentials #flawless #thought to be good at everything.

{Average positions}

-liking bias-

According to research this group of students are pleasant if and only if..

1;They are outwardly attractive.

2;They are similar to us in terms of origin, personality, or interests.

3;if and only if the like us...

When all this conditions are considered then we do not treat them rudely or worse.

{Bad\ lowest positions}

-Outcome bias-

They are judged by their results especially when randomness or external factors play a role. Their bad decisions breeds bad result vice versa. Most of them are degraded and laid down making them low on confidence... Some are lucky enough to be in a social circle....but nevertheless treated less...

This mistakes should be fixed....and we advice that guardians treat every child equally.
